How do I place a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us via the form on our Contact page. Return shipping is free within the UK and EU when you use our provided label. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be made in accordance with our Terms of Sale, which explains your rights to returns and refunds in further detail.

 

To organise a return please contact our team. All returns must be pre-authorised before returning to us. 

Order # (SVL#) must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days or less from delivery and goods must be returned within 14 days of initiation.

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances, skincare, or body products once opened/used, unless faulty.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to get you the Sowvital products you ordered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
