    Rhythm Zero Trunk Show

Rhythm Zero stands out for its unconventional approach: its elegant and modern interior design resembles that of an art museum, rather than a typical coffee shop.

Located at 32 Kent Street, Brooklyn, Rhythm Zero aims to set itself apart by creating a visually appealing and curated atmosphere.

Co-owned by Ivana and Alex, who come from artistic familial backgrounds, Rhythm Zero serves as an extension of their creative interests. Ivana oversees the design, while Alex handles sourcing the coffee and pastries.

In December, Rhythm Zero became the iconic venue for our NYC Trunk Show. By day, it showcased the world of Sowvital, and by night, it transformed into a lively space for cocktail evenings.

Residency at The Old Yew Plant Shop

The Old Yew is a plant shop and design studio based in New York City. Beyond operating a traditional plant shop, they collaborate with interior designers and homeowners to style and install statement plants, bringing curated slices of nature into homes and offices.

Their expert knowledge ensures the finest specimens and white-glove delivery and installation, transforming any space into a verdant haven.

To celebrate the opening of their new Studio location in Chelsea, NYC, The Old Yew offered Sowvital a residency during the Christmas period. This residency featured the Sowvital range on display and available for purchase.

We also co-hosted a variety of workshops and evening events, collaborating with talented creatives to add a unique buzz to the new location.

    Wreath Making with Original Rose

Olivia Rose runs Original Rose, a modern creative studio influenced by landscape architecture and natural plant life. Her work integrates horticulture with art, fashion, and performance.

Rose’s inspiration stems from the everyday life of New York City, including visits to corner stores, basketball courts, and parks. Her creative journey began with experimenting on discarded basketballs she found on the streets.

For our residency at The Old Yew Plant Shop, we invited Rose to host a workshop. In an intimate evening with drinks, she guided attendees in creating beautiful succulent wreaths.

    Potting Workshop with Nike

During our time in NYC over the Christmas period, we aimed to collaborate with as many partners as possible to reconnect people with plants and the natural world.

Nike invited us to host a small workshop at their office, where we taught a small group about the processes and joys of potting bulbs.

Each attendee potted their own bulb and took it home in vintage Victorian terracotta pots from Sowvital’s collection.

    Contemporary Floral Design with fLOVER

fLOVER, a Brooklyn-based florist and botanical designer, specializes in crafting sophisticated flower arrangements for events.

With years of experience and a keen attention to clients' needs, fLOVER creates unforgettable floral arrangements. Their work is marked by elegance, refinement, and a unique creativity, reflecting their genuine love for flowers.

We collaborated with fLOVER to host multiple events across New York City, partnering with venues like Soho House and Rhythm Zero.

    Potting Workshop with Google

At Sowvital, we are passionate about bringing the natural world into people’s lives and rebuilding connections with plants. While in NYC for the Christmas season, we hosted a small workshop at Google’s office.

We taught a select group about the processes and joys of potting bulbs. Each attendee left with a bulb potted in a vintage Victorian terracotta pot from Sowvital’s collection.
